MALES TO MEN - a powerful men's program directed by Dr. Lee A. Simpson. MALES TO MEN was developed for men to network together for the purpose of male mentoring, father shadowing, and fellowship. Young teens and boys are mentored and given direction, responsibility and accountability.

S.H.E.W.O.E. - "Sisters Helping Each {other to become} Women of Excellence" is a powerful, dynamic women's fellowship program directed by Pastor Pat Simpson. Women are encouraged to take their rightful place in the home, society and church. They are inspired to have better, be better and live better. Strong ministry for building self-esteem in women. The COMPASS Single Mother's ministry is a sister program to S.H.E.W.O.E.

C.O.P.E. (Children of Purpose, Engaged) Community Outreach Program for kids and at risk teens. This minsitry reaches the youth of Amarillo with a dynamic teaching mechanism to reach each child and teen at their level of understanding. The TV and Radio programs are an integral part of reaching youth for this ministry.
