Faith Clinic Ministries was founded by Dr. Lee A. Simpson In October of 1995 as an Evangelistic Outreach Ministry. Dr. Simpson soon afterwards was called to the pastorate by the Holy Spirit. Dr. Simpson- Senior Pastor, along with his wife Pastor Pat Simpson, began holding weekly bible studies in their home. But  as the membership grew, The Simpson’s home could no longer comfortably accommodate those in attendance. Faith Clinic Church began holding services in a local school auditorium.

In February of ‘96, The newly formed ministry purchased its first church property a 6500 sq. ft. building which served as the ministry church and corporate office for a number of years. Faith Clinic Church known as “The Clinic,” has steadily increased in membership. In 1998 Dr. Simpson renamed Faith Clinic Church to Faith Clinic Christian Center Church. The new name better describe the mission and activities of the ministry. Faith Clinic is a ministry where all areas of an individual life is addressed. In addition to being a church, Faith Clinic Christian Center is an educational/training center, a family, fitness, and teen center & much more. In 2003, Faith Clinic Ministries acquired a 17,000 sq.-ft. facility with several acres of land, which was renovated to fit the needs and requirements of the ministry.

Faith Clinic Christian Center Church is a purpose driven, Spirit led, faith believing, people loving Church. The ministry was established to meet the needs and give direction to the hungry, hurting and purpose seeking people of Amarillo and the surrounding counties. Pastors Lee & Pat Simpson believe that a church should first affect its community, and then impact abroad. As we continue to grow here in Amarillo, we are laying a foundation for national and international ministry.

Pastors Lee & Pat Simpson are anointed people of God who have a heart for God's people. They provide training in all aspects of the ministry and believe that each person has a purpose and that the local church is where purpose is often revealed. Dr. Simpson motto is; “purpose happens on purpose.” God takes "ordinary" people and adds an anointed "extra" to them so that they become "extra-ordinary.” Not only do the Simpsons teach & preach God’s Word, but they are a living example of what God’s Word says.
